There is a program that is offering 66 DIY backlinks for .15 a link or $9.90. The program is on a membership site. It has limited the number of total members and daily members. It is a little difficult to get into as they are being very selective. The site is the Do Follow Websites. The program includes straight forward directions and screen shots. It does require you to make some none spammy or self promoting blog posts on high PR sites. However, it does not use any stand alone blogs. It is promoting what they consider ethical and effective link building practices.
