Aloha Will... Not sure why you woudnt be gettng traffic from those SERPs unless they're just slower traffic keywords... Has you're overall Google traffic kicked up a bit this week..? Mine seems to have picked up. I'll have to agree that I dont believe the Jag-3 is quite done yet either. Hang in there my friend...
Sorry to burst anyones bubble - but... Jagger is NOT OVER I am sorry if people are tired of hearing about it - read other threads - I continue to receive private messages on this topic because some people have become afraid to post anything for fear of being ridiculed. Well - F@#K them! This is THE very reason that we can find no information regarding the results of previous Events/updates. All of the threads "peter out" before the Event concludes because some folks grow tired of hearing about it. Reality suck some times!! We do have an opportunity this time folks to continue to update until this thing really ends. PLEASE stick this out. Caryl
You go girl... I agree this update is far from over. I am seeing the people that keep saying it is over that maybe 1 keyword has jumped for 1 day. Then all of a sudden they get the my site is doing good today so it is over.. Well wait till tommorrow.
After a few days of a new set of results on the original 4 DC's we discussed above, I just woke up to 22 DC's showing the earlier results of the 4 DC's. Is it not safe to say we're finally spreading out?
All I can say is I hope it isn't over. I have some keywords still jumping around but most of my top notch, before Jagger, keywords are N/A. I hate feeling like I have been penalized with no way to know why. This is way too long an update. They really need to learn to make these things go smoother and faster. I also feel they need to have some sort of system in place for one to check and see why one's keywords have gone from top 20, many top 5, to N/A. How can you essentially ruin someone's business and have no way for them to check on why? It seems like the programs that are doing all this should be able to create a file for one to look at that says penalized for such and such. Of course that might give away "valuable " information about how they are changing things, but I really don't like doing my best and feeling like I am playing blind man's bluff or pin the tail on the donkey. Carol
I saw 25/45 DC's using McDar's tool with these new results when I checked earlier, but I just did a fresh check, and I'm seeing 21/45 DC's showing the new results-- a loss of 4... Edit: Of course, my akadns just switched over(it hadn't before)-- 72.14.207.104... I don't think this DC is checked by McDar's tool... -- Derek
McDar is right. My results on AS bounced back so I stopped paying attention. Actually looking at traffic, that is still down by about 20% though that is a major improvement on a low point on a 50% hit. Many of my major keywords have come back and a couple of new pages added after jag 1/2 are climbing fast. It is the periphery stuff that remains bombed out which is, I guess, why my AS is more or less back where it was while traffic is lower.
For one of our site - 22 DC's out of the 51 DC's have the new results. We have 29 more DC's to spread to. My guess is we are at 43.13% compleat at this point Google IP and # of DC's SERP's 64.233.189.104 Â -Â (1) DCs NEW 72.14.207.104 Â -Â (1) DCs NEW 66.102.9.104Â -Â (2) DCs NEW 66.102.11.104Â -Â (2) DCs NEW 216.239.53.104Â -Â (2) DCs NEW 216.239.59.104Â -Â (3) DCs NEW 216.239.63.104Â -Â (3) DCs NEW 66.102.7.104Â -Â (4) DCs NEW 216.239.57.104Â -Â (4) DCs NEW 64.233.167.104 Â -Â (2) DCs OLD 64.233.179.104 Â -Â (2) DCs OLD 64.233.185.104 Â -Â (2) DCs OLD 66.249.87.104 Â -Â (2) DCs OLD 216.239.39.104Â -Â (2) DCs OLD 64.233.183.104 Â -Â (3) DCs OLD 64.233.171.104 Â -Â (4) DCs OLD 64.233.187.104 Â -Â (4) DCs OLD 64.233.161.104 Â -Â (4) DCs OLD 216.239.37.104Â -Â (4) DCs OLD
