Can you show proof of traffic ? How much is organic? Doesn't look too much.... I tried looking up 'miscarriage symptoms' which is your core keyword and yours was 5th. That keyword has 27000 local searches. 5th listing gets about 5%-7% at best .... so you might be approximately getting 1500 visitors from here. Can you let me know where is all the other traffic coming from? social bookmarking .. etc..

Sites sell for about 2 times an year revenue. That is 40 * 12 * 2 = 960. That's the max you might be getting for that site, if you show proof of $40 adsense revenue. Just my 2 cents.
