    Nice list, but the suggestion #8 will get you into such ugly trouble with Google that none of the other 64 are going to help.

    If your 404 page 301 or 302 redirects to your homepage, your proverbial all-knowing competitor can craft dozens of thousands URLs looking like this:

    www .yoursite .com/via5ra
    www .yoursite .com/pron
    www .yoursite .com/wa7e$
    and any other spam word/phrase you can possibly think of, then spam the hell out of few forums and blogs and then your site (its homepage, anyways) will be associated with those words and might (likely) get dropped by Google altogether.

    Best you can do is to implement a meta-refresh redirect in your 404 file that ABSOLUTELY have to give out 404 HTTP header (not 200 or 301/302 redirect) and then can show some HTML code in which you'll put 

    <html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1;url='http://www.yoursite.com'" />
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
    Code (markup):
    Sadly, this is not going to work in IE, only Firefox shows content of a custom 404 file after 404 header has been received. You could also try a JS redirect but most sane people have this disabled in their browser security settings.

    Dear Jason,

    I want to thank you for the time and experience that you put forth in this particular subject, in this forum. I'm new to this whole thing and really didn't know where to start. Well, with the 65 options, I could figure out a few things. As a result, from a guy that really doesn't anything about this "stuff", increased my traffic by 30x just over the last three days. And from my understanding this is going to just snowball as it seems that these things increase with momentum. The truth of the matter is that I have probably have done only a quarter of those things, if that.
    Anyways, this may seem corny writing this, but I had to say it.

    Below is a program called Video Post Robot for uploading to 25 various videos sites.
    Of course you could do it manualy.But if you have 20$ a month for a year its better to buy this

    65. Get some stickers with your domain name on. Go out and stick them on strangers and say “My Website Yeah, Check it out.”
    Everything is my website now lol
    example -> I made my xbox live tag wwwGHFORUMnet
    and most forums i join its now wwwGHFORUMnet

    And my traffic since the start of this has went up 5-10% :D

    Many of these inidividual strategies can take some time to master too - so if they don't work straight away keep experimenting and asking questions.
