Here is my entry. First try, and tried to make it simple like you said... but maybe too simple? Feedback is appreciated. Sorry about the watermark, just to make sure no copies are made, etc. I can code it for free if you want. It usually comes with my Clear Stream Design package....

this is as far as I've got so far. I have to leave to the store and pick up my sister.. I'll be back around 9 so if you keep this open till 10 or allow me to send my finished version in a little late I can finish it tonight..

Hi again.....thought I should change the header color to ensure the logo's clarity. Blue seemed to work the best so I used that.

I want to thank everyone for submitting their designs. I really enjoyed this contest as we worked with this unusual logo. A lot of you came up with some very unique designs. Since there were so many good designs I have decided to award one winner and three runner-ups. The winner will receive $65; runner-up #1 will receive $15; runner-up #2 will receive $10; and runner-up #3 will receive $5.
