@b4db0y: You have stripped colors throughout your design. Below I've divided out the colors in your old header. I wouldn't make the background multi-colors. Hope this helps. After that is changed, no more changes are needed.

@b4db0y: This looks goods, with one minor change. The letter "p" "a" "o" are all white in the middle. If you can change them to match the background color, we will be done.
