Hello all, I need a 2 page site design for a mortgage company. I don't want to give any specific instructions so that you can get creative, but the main idea is that we want the structure of the site referenced below in the pic. Again - I just want you to use the STRUCTURE from the referenced site. In other words: 1) AT THE TOP: Logo - Menu bar (5 items). 2) BELOW THAT: Slider 3) BELOW THAT: 2 column design - content on the left, sidebar on the right. In the content area, we will put a "welcome" message, and then a divider/header which will have the latest posts below it. You also have to create simple contact form to go under the welcome message. In the sidebar, I would like to see a couple of different types of widgets. Try a list, an image, and some text. 4) BELOW THAT: Divider and simple footer. The above details are not requirements.. they are just provided to give you an idea of what I am looking for. If you can think of a better way to present the elements mentioned above, then give it a try and I will provide feedback! I just want to see the homepage design. If you are chosen, we will just change a couple of things from the homepage to create the 2nd page.. The winner will have to send me a PSD with all the layers referenced accordingly so that I can do the coding. DO NOT copy the referenced site. I don't really like it. I am just using it because it is a great example of the structure that I would like to see in your entries. Good luck!!
This is for a MORTGAGE site (loans, finance, etc) so the design must be nice but traditional. For the title, you can use Best Home Loans. Just use the site from the thread to get an idea of how the structure of the site should look like - where the menu will be, where the slider will be, and things like that. But don't be inspired by the theme or the colors or anything else.. Just look at it to see where I would like each element to be. I felt like I had to specify this because I received a couple of entries with redesigns of the site I referenced. This is NOT what I am looking for. Thanks!
