    All traffic in organic - only search engine traffic
    Is it bad or good?

    CTR can be made little high. It can be improving upto 5% by following the below ideas.

    > When a visitor comes to your website, it is ads to be displayed at first look.
    > Blend them with your site's look and feel.
    > Use multiple ads section.

    Hope this helps.
