Good question...Now you just need to understand my principle…you featured for tag words, and things to remember is tag words get searched a lot on stumbleupon.com and some tags have good pagerank. (this is an addon )

Also being on tag page means you get a backlink, which is counted by yahoo, you also get a backlink from the users account of tags, for example if my account has tags "health" and your site falls into that category, it will get a backlink from that tag page also, because yahoo.com still counts it as a backlink.
