    Hi everyone!

I need your help in designing 12 screens for an iPhone/iPad game I'm making, the programming part is almost ready and all I need is to finish these screens and my game will be ready to go! :)

    All screens need to be made in 3 resolutions - 1) 320x480 2) 640x960 and 3) 768x1024

I propose for you to make the first few screens first and after that I will be able to make a decision on who I will be going with to create all the other screens because I don't want you to design all 12 screens and than find out that you didn't win if for some reason I don't like your design.

Here are the screens that need to be created:

    1. Main menu screen.

The layout of this screen should be very similar to the one on this image and should be done in this style!

    - The conveyor on the bottom and buckets on top should be moving so you will need to create pic-by-pic animation for this part! Also, please make the pic-by-pic animation for buckets in such a way so that they will be shaking back and forth a little when moving!

    - Please make the indicators also in high quality and they also need to be moving back and forth so you will also need to create a few pic-by-pic animations for this as well!

    - Please make the big round button on the indicator area in red color and have two versions of it, one regular and one in pressed position.

    - Please make all the menu buttons (Play, Options, etc) in much better quality than the current buttons and also in two positions, one regular and one pressed down.

    - Create a cute looking icon with a face of a boy and a girl in it and write this text "Loren ipsum, loren ipsum" and place this icon somewhere on this screen where it will make the most sense! This icon should be catchy and cute-looking!

    2. Select theme screen

This is the screen that will open immediately after pressing the "Play" button on the main menu screen. Here are the things that should be present on this screen:

    - "Back" button to return to the previous screen
    - Choose theme area - players have to be able to choose a theme they want to play in by swiping the finger to the left or to the right and choosing the theme. Here are the 4 themes that have to be here 1) Click here 2) Click here 3) Click here 4) Click here
    - "Login with Facebook: button (something like this)
    - Regular "Login" button
    - "Register" button
    - Space for some text underneath the login buttons, for now just put this text: "loren ipsum, loren ipsum, loren ipsum"

The theme selection process can be done in this style, in other words, the the main theme will be in the middle and other themes will a little visible on the left and on the right side of the main theme preview...

    3. Login screen

This is the screen that pops-up when people click on the login button. The login screen should be similar to this screen only feature a red circle like this one for the "close" (X) button instead of the current "X" button. Here are the things that have to be present on this screen:

    - username field
    - password field
    - login button

Please do the login screen in this style: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5787568753/

    4. Registration screen

This is the screen that pops-up when a person clicks on the "Register" button. This screen should also be similar to this screen but has to feature the following things:

    - Field to enter a username (if username is taken the system has to say “username taken” in red words)
    - Field to enter your password
    - Field to enter your password the second time
    - Field to enter your email address
    - Register button (when a player presses the “Register” button he should immediately be registered and a text should say “Registration successful” in green and there should be an "OK" button below)
    - Link that says “Already registered? Login”

Please do the registration screen in this style: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5787568753/

    5. Options screen

The "Options" screen is a screen that opens when you click on the "Options" button in the main menu screen. Here are the things that have to be present on this screen:

    - “How to play” button
    - Sound "ON/OFF" button (ON by default)
    - Reset game button
    - "Login with Facebook" button (basically make two buttons, one login, one logout)
    - Regular account login/logout button (basically make two buttons, one login, one logout)
    - Credits button
    - "Back" button to return to the previous screen

    6. Leaderboard screen

The "Leaderboard" screen is a screen that opens when you click on the "Leaderboard" button in the main menu screen.

On this screen users will be able to see their scores, their friends' scores and scrores from players all over the world. All the text inside the leaderboard area will be movable by finger (up and down). On this image you can see how a leaderboard I'm talking about looks like, but our leaderboard has to be done in a different graphic style and look much better obviously! :)

Here are the things that should be present on the leaderboard:

    - "World" tab. This tab should be selected by default and should display the usernames of players from all over the world and their overall scores (best on top, etc) and also the date when it happened.
    - "My Friends" tab. When the player clicks on the "My Friends" tab , the leaderboard should display the usernames of the player's friends and their high-scores, and also the date when it happened.
    - "Me" tab. When the players clicks on the "Me" tab, the leaderboard should display the players personal high-scores and also the date when it happened.

    - "This month" tab. "This month" tab should be selected by default and should display the information for the current month, for the tab that's selected on the top ("World" by default)!
    - "All time" tab. When a player clicks on this tab, the leaderboard should display "all time" information for the tab that's selected on top!
    - "Today" tab. When the player clicks on this tab, the leaderboard should display the information for the current day, for the tab that's selected on the top!
    - "Back" button to return to the previous screen

    7. Stats screen

The "Stats" screen is a screen that opens when you click on the "Stats" button in the main menu screen.

This screen should also have 3 tabs (Today, This Month, All Time) and by clicking on one of the tabs the player should see information for the selected tab... here are the things that should be present on this screen:

    - Total games played
    - Total time played
    - Total boxed packed
    - Total boxes left unpacked
    - "Back" button to return to the previous screen

I'm still thinking about what I should or should not include in the stats list, so for now add what I wrote, and I can add the rest of the text later, myself... :)

    8. How to Play screen.

"How to Play" screen is a screen that opens when you click on the "How to play" link in the "Options" screen.

Please do the "How to Play" screen in this style: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5787568753/ but with functionality similar to this one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5787720291/ (I also want to have a 3 step process for the "How to Play screen)

We will do this screen in the end so I will give you the rest of the details later on.

    9. Credits screen

The "Credits" screen is a screen that opens when a player clicks on the "Credits" button in the "Options" screen.

This is an example of a credits screen for a game called "Angry Birds" which you've all heard about: http://bit.ly/kyvnls

Please do something similar only in this style and with our graphics...

    10. Pause screen

This screen opens up when a players presses the "Pause" button in the main game screen.

Here are the things that have to be present on this screen:

    - Total points near a beautiful looking gold coin and how many lives the player still has left, the lives will be represented by this teddy bear so please insert him in the screen: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5788485224/
    - Nice looking "Continue" button
    - Nice looking "Restart" button
    - Nice looking "Main Menu" button
    - Nice looking "Audio on/off" button

Please do the "Pause screen" in this style: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5787568753/

    11. Game over screen

Game over screen is a screen that opens up when a players loses a game.

Here are the things that have to be present on this screen:

    - The total number of points the player had in the game and next to it (on the right) the players' best score of all time
    - "Submit your score to Facebook" button
    - "Main menu" button
    - "Restart" button

    12. Screen for the icon with a face of a boy and a girl in the "Main menu" screen.

We will do this screen in the very end so don't worry about this screen for now.

All the sceens have to be done in a style similar to the "Main menu" screen which in turn has to be similar in style to this screen: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5736199828/ - this is very, very important!

Upon completion, all the graphics have to be presented to me in PNG format on a clear background as well as in PSD files. In PSD, all the graphics for each screen have to be layered and each screen has to be a different PSD file.

Best design wins, it's as simple as that!! As I already mentioned before, I don't want you to create all 12 screens and than tell you that I don't like (if I don't like it), so the best way to do this is for you to create the first 2 screens and if I really like them I will hire you to do the rest of the job!

I would like to get this done in the next 10-14 days so please start only if you can finish this project within this time-frame!

Thank you and I really look forward to working with you on this project! :)

Hey, I'll take part in that one, just a clarifiaction - on the first screen, you basicly need the same thing as the sample grayscale image (same style, colors), but animated (and adding some buttons and etc.), right? :)

I think he needs same thing as the sample grayscale image, just with colors and animations, and buttons of course :)

@sparkle92: Sounds good, can't wait to see what you come up with! :) As far as the first screen is concerned, I need the placements of all things on it (conveyor, boxes on the floor, buckets on top, indicators, etc) to be approximately the same, but the image itself has to be color and with animation, and be done in a style similar to this one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5736199828/

Also, I don't like this style and design but maybe it can give you a few ideas: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5791309626/

    @Exupery: Thanks for helping out, you're 100% right! :)

@everyone: Please note that this is my personal contest and is not a contest for one of my clients, so timely responses and timely payment to the winner is something I can personally guarantee!

One more: do you need *.gif images or should this be done in flash?

I guess he wants only frame by frame images, but we can use flash or gif to show him the animation :)

Guys, for the animation part (conveyor and buckets on the main menu screen), I need frame-by-frame images and all the images should be done in PNG on a transparent background! And yes, you can show me the animation in flash or in a gif but my programmer will connect all the frame-by-frame animation himself later on!

Just to make sure, this is an example of a frame-by-frame animation I'm talking about: http://www.sendspace.com/file/wg07cp

Also, I would like the background on the main menu screen to be done in this style: 1) http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5791747806/ and 2) http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5791748098/ - only instead of the logo write the name of the game "Toys Inc." in the same style as the lady and maybe half-vertically...

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks.

Then why do you ask us to make moving conveyor if you already have one? :D

@sparkle92: Overall I really like it but I want everything to be more polished, juicy and with much more attention to detail. I really like the style and graphics in an iPhone game called "Cut the Rope" so please do the screen in a similar style - see here, here and here.

Here are some specific things to pay attention to:

    1. I like the "Toys Inc" lettering part but please make it more high-quality and more graffiti style!
    2. The whole indicator part has to be more high-quality and look like a real system... the 3 indicators have to look polished and be with real-looking screens and the big red button has to look more real as well... make the big red button something like this: http://solari.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/red_button.jpg and make the whole indicator part with screws on each side, see here: http://solari.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/red_button.jpg
    3. Please make all the red buttons with text a little more cartoony and fun.
    4. Please make the whole background look more alive by using different colors on it. Please use the colors from these 4 screens 1) http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5788234232/ 2) http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5788233904/ 3) http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5788233670/ 4) http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5787677463/
    5. Please make the wire more real and polished.
    6. Please make the floor look more like hardwood and more detailed.
    7. Please add some more wires underneath the conveyor and also please have oil spilled on the floor coming from an oil bottle, something like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5791309626/
    8. Please make the font on the red buttons more playful and fun, I don't really like the current font... :(

Overall, please make all the design kind of more shiny, polished and high-quality with high attention to detail! I'm a pixel-perfect guy so please make sure everything is pixel-perfect! ;)

Looking forward to your revisions but overall great start - good job!! :)

@Exupery: 1) Because the conveyor I have is for the main game screen and I don't want it to look absolutely the same as the one on the main menu screen and 2) because the angle on the current conveyors is different from what I need on the main menu screen conveyor :)

@sparkle92: This is much better but please work on the graphics a little more and make everything more high quality, polished and sharp - something like here 1) http://www.godisageek.com/wp-content/uploads/Cut-the-Rope-Menu.png and here 2) http://cache.gawkerassets.com/assets/images/9/2010/12/cut_the_rope_4.jpg

Also, please change the following things:

    1. Please remove the buckets all together and instead of buckets please add differently colored and closed boxes (packed presents! :) hanging on good-looking ropes which in turn hang on the hooks. Please have the same box styles as here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5736199828/

    2. Please place the "leaderboard" button between "options" and "stats" and in the same style as those other buttons.

    3. Please move the boy and girl's face to the area where the "leaderboard" button is right now, and please make their faces different, more real and catchy. Also please make their faces a little larger.

    4. Please make less shadow around the "indicator system" because right now it feels like it's hanging in the air and it need to look like it's on the wall!

    5. Please make all the wooden bars metallic... but don't delete the wooden ones, we might change them back to wooden if I don't like the metal ones.

    6. Please make the 3 small red buttons even smaller and make them in to green (and flashing) indicator lights... please make the lights realistic and sharp-looking!

    7. Please make the big red button more realistic and sharp-looking and please make it look more like a button!

    8. Please make the 3 indicator areas seem like it's lighted inside of them!

    9. Please make the whole "Toys Inc" part larger!

    10. Please make the right light brown box (the one closest to conveyor) open and with a cute-looking teddy bear inside of it!

    11. Please make the font on the lower buttons (challenge a friend, like) the same as on the lower buttons on this screen: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5791309626/

And again, please make the overall design more like the examples I provided! Other than that and the 11 points above, everything looks fantastic!!

    Looking forward to your revision!

    Thanks.

Hey, I hope I'm not too late with this ^^

    FULL VIEW - http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t105/sudden_striker/game3.png

I used the bear from your flickr photostream, I thought it has something to do with the game and will be appropriate. If not - tell me and I'll draw one ;)

I couldn't find the exact font for the buttons below, hope this one is good enough. Waiting for your feedback ;)

@sparkle92: Everything looks amazing, you've done a great job, let's do a few more revisions and we should be done with this screen. Please make the following revisions:

    1. Please change the ropes (where the 4 boxes are on top) to nice and shiny-looking silver chains!
    2. Please make a version of this new screen with the previous background, I want to see if it will look better than this latest one! If not, we will change it back to this one so please save it and don't delete it! ;)

Other than that you did a fantastic job!!

Please do the revisions ASAP as I need to move forward with this project and don't have a lot of time - thank you for understanding!

    Thank yoiu

@sparkle92: I think I will go with the previous (lime green) background as the default game background but I will also give people a choice to choose the other background by swiping the finger left (or right) somewhere in the open space on the wall so please don't delete the other background! :)

Also, please make the chains more sharper, more shiny and better quality overall + right now they are too thick and frankly low-quality... I would like them to be thinner and much better quality and shiny, basically something like this, only using our design theme: http://istockpho.to/jocYOm

Also, please make these two splashes get on the indicator a little: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5830103719/

Also, please write "OIL" on the bottle, to see what I mean see here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/43522653@N08/5830103719/

    That's all! :)

Looking forward to your revisions and once this is done, I'm pretty sure I will hire you to do the job, I like your work the best thus far!

    Thanks!
