$600 for website re-design - Best of DP please!

Hi.
I am considering having a complete re-design of my site www.ukauctionhelp.co.uk
Needs to be an top quality design which caters for all the features that the site has. Will be taking down a lot of the adverts and stuff so the design can be slightly more simplified than the current one.
I'm looking for a professional design from the best designers out there. I dont want to start any work yet i just want to find out who can do it and maybe provide a mock-up.

Can i just mention..
It can't just be a single page design, my website has many features, such as the fair trader section which would require special attention.
The design needs to be unique to the site with quality graphic design work and coding done that will work with the site features.
Designer must have experience with working on the files we are using and preferably need to be able to upload to our site, or instruct us what files to replace.
A mock-up from designers would also be good first. thanks

I'll create a mock up for the project but I'm Uk based so what are you paying in £, the exact equivalent of $600 or £300?
