    im looking for someone that can make a PHP Script to convert .VCE file to PDF.

    - IT must have a drag and drop to upload the file.
    - Offer on the same page a download button for the converted exame.
    - Ill provide a .VCE example and expected .PDF example.

    Payment will be 50 USD with Paypal once the job is demonstrated in a video chat.

    30 after video proof and 30 after code delivery.
