I've got some unused domains (around 60) but I don't have time right now to build sites on them. On the other hand it would be shame to let them just sit unused... I was hopping to find a way to earn at least $1 a month (some have almost the whole year left) without developing full sites (especially since English is not my native language) Ideally I would like to lease them or something like that - I provide a domain, someone builds sites and I get $1 a month... What other choses do I have?
Why not parked them instead. If your site have some traffic then you might want to try to park them at parked.com . You'll be sure get more than $1/month.
No traffic (or I would just slap some copy and paste text on them + adsense ) And it's hard to sell them for more than $4-5 (maybe if I could sell in bulk but even then no one wants to pay more than $200 - thats $3 each, bit low for domains which were paid for two years, thats like 1/5 of reg + renewal fee )
Maybe I should just give them away for free (you know, good deeds come back to you or so I've heard ) But then again it would suck to give them to someone and that see them sell it for $30 next day
I would split them up into 3 groups of 20 and place those groups of domains on 3 different parking companies. After 1 month check out your stats and develop small 3-5 pages sites on the domains that don't make anything.
Try this.... Get some Resell Rights Products Pack (For free of course) Put them all together.... Make a minisite advertising it (You can use one of your domains atleast) Then tell that they will get to choose a domain (for whatever period of time) that they may select from the list, if they buy the products... Advertise at the top of the page... That 'I am giving away domains for First 50'.... Join some TX to advertise the site.... Its just an advice...

Try DomainEmbarking.com. They build sites based on your keywords provided your domains are not banned by adsense. Else you can try parking them with sedo or other parking companies. If you wish to sell them you may Pm me the list as well.
Like I've said none have any natural typein traffic. And no time for real developement I'm affraid... I'm mainly looking for idea for 1-page sites (or at least something I can build quickly) that would earn me around $1 a month. No proxy/download sites - that would probably take TBs of bandwidth and a lot of $$$ for hosting. I could make some crappy MFA sites but I can't even promote them or add to directories... and it's to much work Eh, I'm stuck. In the end I will probably just let them expire......
Use Blog In Your All 60 Domains, Mean Install Wordpress , Use Auto Content Generator Rss Script and select diffrent topics for all domains to use saperate rss feeds, then put around the blog adsenses , and for sure you earning will increase up to 100$ per week.....
Are you talking about having just RSS content and nothing besides it? I'm not sure you can find many places to promote them, get links. Plus duplicate content issue... But I'll look into this. Thanks
