You do have some really good ideas here, but I would have to disagree with you about ezine articles. They don't publish just anything. If your article isn't up to par then they don't publish it.

Yes ezinearticles is the top article directory and links from them are very strong

Great list. Disagree on the ezine article. Plus we have had some articles that have had thousands of views which gets direct contact in addition to link juice.
