Banner with a cool mascot in it.

Here's the requirements
Colors: color must match the site. You know graphics so just check it from the site. The main is the yellow and the background is yellow but there are two accent colors as well which you can use(dark red/dark green)
Size: 980px by 259px (lots of room there)
Title: Dinosaur Facts. You can freely choose a font that you find suitable for your design, or choose something that looks cool. (Don't even think about using the jurassic park font. I'll never pick that as the winner)
Slogan(optional): "you'd think we where here before the Triassic Period with all of this information inside!" (without "")
Mascot: This is the tough part and why I'm offering so much for this banner. The general rule is that it has to be a dinosaur. Not a Pterosaur(flying reptile), or a marine reptile. I should be a dinosaur.
Recommended species choice: tyrannosaurus, velociraptor, dilophosaurus, ankylosaurus, spinosaurus, etc.
This is the most important thing of all:
-My site is not cute so the mascot should not be super cute
-my site is not violent so it shouldn't be super violent.
A little blend is fine, but I don't want to scare kids away and I don't want to look like I'm teaching Pokemon either. It ok if he's eating a letter or something(hey, that's a good idea!!).
-Do not attempt to steal the image as well.

If there is less than 5 submissions than I reserve the right to not pick a winner. If there is more than 4 then I guarantee I will. You can submit as many as you want and I'll be reviewing and talking about them as they are submitted and may ask you modify little things to help you push to win.

Ok, back to business.
IVaster, how do I put this without offending you. Well.......at least others will learn what I'm looking for. Where to begin:
-FONT:
-The color code you are looking for it #FFC501(YELLOW) NOT #CEFF05(LIME GREEN)
-Font choice. I said "something that looks cool" or suitable. Cool is better. What font is that? Arial basics R' US?. Joke, ok, ok. I'm not making fun of it. Its just you used a basic font and with the basic font you just typed in and walked away. No shadow, no emboss, no gridding, no rotate, skews, no nothing...just basic.
I gotta admit I like that egg for a dot thing. That's a pretty awesome thing. that's cool. Imagine if the whole font was made of fossils. That would be the BEST!!!!
Mascot:
that's not a mascot. That is a picture of a dinosaur. Spinosaurus an excellent choice though. A mascot is cartoon image unique to the site.

Very good. I talked to you in private about adjustments to get a better shot for the win, but impressive. Nice stuff. The quality of this last one is enough that I guarantee someone will walk away with $80 on sat.
