And Some 1 Sent Me 15$

Than That 15$ Refunded From My Account Which I Never Got

Now I Recived 45$ From Other Customer
After Few Days He Opened The Case Against Me
I Replied And Trying To Contact Him Too
But He Not Responsing In Paypal Issue Niether In Email
    What Will Happen Now??

+ I Sent More Than 3-4 Emails To Paypal

We working with Paypal for three years and have lot of dispute but if you provide complete information of services rendered you will get your money back in dispute. Paypal is very fair and listen to sellers very well as compare to 2CO

PayPal doesn't work like that. He can't start a dispute if there was no payment - obviously, you received a payment if he was able to dispute it.

PayPal shut you down for stealing money. You clearly don't understand how it works and I doubt you were technically allowed to use it in the first place. Get over it.

I have lost over $500 from using PayPal. Why do I still use it? Since my customers like an easy, efficient way to pay for their items.

You can´t be serious with "fair to sellers": I lost some k$ because of their praised but non existing seller protection. Their support is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I am using PP now for abt. 5 years min. but still have to use it because many people just use PP, unfortunately.

I'm assuming that you deal with digital goods right? That's the main area where seller protection is very minimal.

Digital content sales are a risky sale and not necessarily PayPals fault if you were to get "scammed" due to such a transaction.

For such risky sales, try opting for Western Union or Egold where at least they can't charge back.

Depending on the type of product I was purchasing, I would think twice about using e-Gold due to their non-existant buyer protection. A seller could as easily not deliver an item to the buyer and then the buyer would be out of their money. It all just comes down to trust when it comes to doing business online.

You have to weigh the odds carefully I would agree, Paypal more towards buyers support, Egold is definitely for sellers. Especially good if selling to new customers. Trust needs time to gain.

Exchange of currency do you mean? This is forbidden under Paypal TOS. If this is what I presumed it is, Paypal would have the right to do that. Sad but there won't be much you can do.
