Beware fUBU05 used this image from Istock (http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-il...uar-and-leopard-drawings-on-post-it-notes.php)
It's not the process or medium that is being sold here. It's the Idea. Logo must be unique and should contain it's own Identity. Your logo fits 100% to the Istock image when overlay. It was art12321's (Istockphoto Artist) Idea to draw the jaguar that way. You just traced his Idea and tweak a little bit and claiming it.
@fUBU05 Yeah I know, But you should create your own style, stroke, and concept to achieve this, Not by tweaking some stock vectors. It is like getting the logo of Pepsi, change it's color and twist it a little bit then presenting it to Coca-cola. As a Designer/Artist you should had get my point or else your not an Artist. The Idea here is use your creative juice to produce original and quality artwork. How can you claim it's original when there's a copy somewhere else, and not just one copy but multiple because it's a stock vectors.
@ RAHUL NANDA LOL please read carefully my comments here before posting any comment. LOL this so funny!.
