@tsoft: Just realized you had two submissions. The other comment was for the one with just yellow and black. This comment is for the one that's got the teal blended into it. Great idea, not fond of the teal or perhaps it's just the three different colors in the Black Eyed Susan wording. Try going simpler with just two colors over all.

 

@croquill: Like the black and yellow look but not the flower. Prefer the flowers from the other examples more.

 

@a4hire: Liked the first submission better.

 

@bdp_designer: A little too industrial. Looking for something with a little more personality and fun.

 

@watari: The design with the flower in the eye is very capturing! Would need to see the Black Eyed Susan all on one line thought and with spaces just to see the difference in the look. Also would like to see it with some different fonts. Seriously do like the 1st eye though!!! Good work!

A quick note to anyone doing any reworks based on the last round of suggestions. Would really like to see some fun and fancy fonts. This would be similar to the font that tsoft used in their submissions. Using this as an example but would like to see some different looks. Also, if you could submit with the eye/flower to the left and the wordmark afterwards. If you submitted with the logo/eye/flower above the writing previously, that is also being considered. We just wanted to see what it would look like to the left of the wordmark. Thanks again to everyone who has participated. You have ALL done an outstanding job!!! We'll be wrapping it up Tuesday so make sure to get your changes submitted prior to the deadline.

 

@allofall: Very interesting. Do like it better without all the additional colors. If you've got chance to play with it more. Try a smaller verson of the petal with the eye in it going all the way around. Also with the eye black inside the yellow as another approach. The design is really cool and has something going on that we really like. It's still not quite there. Also, read the last post about the font and placement of the logo. The eyes are just wild on that last submission! Awesome!!!

Thanks for all the resubs! Really liking the new font. We'll run this through tomorrow 10/6/08 and will make a decision and post winners on Wednesday AM. You are ALL awesome and very talented best of luck to everyone!
