    The design is about Virtual Credit Cards reseller.

    requirements:
    1 - must fit in 1024x768 resolution, web 2.0 style :)
    2 - some header, such as credit card image.
    3 - must have 12 links for menu - horizontal at the top
    4 - a place for account balance somewhere at the top-left
    5 - content area for items list

    The contest will end @ 27 march 16:00 GMT (after 4 days), if my client doesn't see what he needs the contest will be extended to 31 march 16:00 GMT (8 days).
