    i am sad... i just spoken with the person from the company.
    he told me it's Fraudulent Order which they was told by paypal.
    However, why paypal never let me know?

    I am from Singapore, Fraudulent Order is never happen to us...
    I dont scam people.

    I just upset by how they deal with their cusotmers like me.

    It's very unusual for a web hosting company to close your account due to you receiving a fraudulent PayPal order.

    It's more likely that they would take that action due to non payment of web hosting charges or a violation of their terms and conditions.

    firstly, I did pay .... and it's kind of funny is that I have no problem with my account and cards before and now...
    and all are verified.

    I suspect it is due to personal problem with the company.


    What has happen is, I paid US$29.99/mth plan which come with forums and blog but was given a plan which stated US$9.99/mth


    However, it has been days after submitted of request on how to activate the forums and blog but no info was given.

    i do understand my time zone and theirs is totally different. And I know sat. and sun. is rest day but today is monday to them but still no reply.

    I request again and few hours later, my site is gone.

    I am wondering if it is due to this issue?

    the person here i have spoken to, he refused to let me in.
    he use "scam" as a reason to kick me off.

    I am sad. I waste time and effect on the site and ready to run but got suspended...

    I dont know how you would feel if you order a $29.99 a mth plan but ended up getting a $9.99 a mth plan.
