    1. He was not charged for Kloxo license, he was charged admin fee for installing it. Anyway we have now pre-installed template for it.

    2. There were some Kernel Compatibility issues.

    http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=rview&goto=38559&th=8210

Many other people faced it. It was gradually slowing speeds.

There was also a switch failure at the datacenter.

    3. His account was deleted after he opened a dispute with Paypal, NOT for opening tickets.

    4. When he signed up, it was clearly stated in the terms that VPS orders are eligible for a refund after deducting $15. Though the $15 policy is no longer there after Jan 10 update. It is also mentioned there is no refund on 2nd or later invoices, that is any invoice after the first.

He agreed to all these terms before signing up.

    His first invoice was $11.96.

    $11.96 - $15 = Negative
2nd, 3rd invoice = no refund as per the terms he agreed to.

    5. The OpenVZ kernel issue was already solved the night he opened the dispute.

    6. He upgraded to 100 mbps unmetered shared at around $15/month total for VPS with 75GB space, 1 GB RAM. It is nowhere mentioned dedicated 100 mbps. 75 GB RAID space, 1 GB RAM, 100 mbps unmetered at $15/month, and then complain you are not getting dedicated speed? Some slower speeds were due to OpenVZ issue that was resolved. He was told he would get an average of 1 MB/s when the OpenVZ issue gets resolved.

Moreover, all our plans are now burstable to 1 Gbps.

And after Paypal turned down his claim, I also offered him a free VPS for his period but he did not reply to that. Instead he started to post everywhere after that.
