$60 diamond company logo - psd or ai format

hi there,
i got responses from people that .ai is not the preferred format here so i open it to psd as well.

I'm looking for a logo for activ-gem - a diamond wholesale company (activ-gem.com).

The logo should be VERY PROFESSIONAL classic and clean.

It should look nice on the site as well as on its own (on cards etc.). We are open to changing the color scheme if you can come up with something that we like a lot.

we need a logo, a letter-head and business card in psd or ai format

Size: whatever would be necessary to use the logo for print materials. Additionally, standard sizes for use on the web.

The contest will run for a couple of days, after that I will end it when I'm satisfied with an entry. Payment of $60 via paypal.

You need Logo or the complete Identity ?, as this is not clear by above quoted phrase.

thanks for the entries:
creation4you - well to tell the truth , i don't like it at all, not the font, not the gradient and not the low res diamond pic which is patched to the text.

zeniusivanisher - i like the ending of the text becoming abstract diamond image, nice touch, the font though is hard to read which can be problematic in a logo.

MasterA - the glowing affect and the font give the feeling of a space game or Atari from the eighties so i can't see it as a diamond company logo

LazyBoy - it's a logo for girls website, it's too kitsh for serious company.

Kolgames - the link doesn't lead to a logo

eco4 - nice logo but quite simple and dull

im30 - nice logo

raghaw - the whole package

mijamoto - very nice logo

till now i haven't seen something that made me WOW
i would be happy to see more submissions

i'm sorry kolgames i don't like it. the affect of the replication doesn't fit to a logo and makes a headache to the viewer.
