60 day registrar restriction

    Hi

Some advice would be appreciated, I recently bought 3 good domain names, but being new to domain selling overlooked that they cant be moved to a different registrar within 60 days (no push available currently). My concern is that, they are with an Australian registrar which might make them not so appealing to buyers as they would have to open an account with the registrar and then wait themselves before moving them.

Would it be better for me to wait the 60 days, then move them to godaddy or similar before putting them up for sale?

    Thanks..

Remember, once you move it to godaddy, there is again will be another 60 day waiting period. And there are many who hates godaddy.

ALL hate some registrars like Moniker,Godaddy and some other registrars in which we cannot move domain to another registrar for 60 days afetr registration. It is better to use registrars like Name.com,Dynadot etc

Thanks for the feedback and advice. Before doing anymore I will do as suggsted and research the other registrars first. I suspect those with a push facility are easier to work with.

If yopu wish to sell your domain name and you can transfer that - ask your buyer to create account on the same registrar and move your domain name to his account within the same domain name registrar.
