Seems like most of you just read the title of this topic not the actual post! I had the same website in 2006 and 2007 but my income in adsense went down by 50% since last summer. Its not about niche, its not about the content, its not about the placement of the ads (well it might be) but i'm concerned about the drop in revenue that i used to get for the same number of clicks. Same number of clicks, same website, same keywords (revenue on adsense) 2006 & 2007 till june = $15-20/day 2007 june onwards = <$10/day 2008 = $7/day How would you justify that?
More competition? Google changed is algorithm to prevent concentrating more profitable clicks on the same site/user account? Advertisers pay less for the same amount of clicks? More adsense users? Really i do not know, probably all above facts together and some other ones. Only google knows it
well i am getting near you 20 clicks for .82$ .well sometimes i feel whys life so hard for webmasters???
