It depends on niche...if it is for myspace, then CPC is good. If it is for finance, the it is average. And also...if 60 clicks are from US, then CPC is probably average. If they are from non-us traffic, I would say it is above average.
Ahh..come on, you at least get more than 10 cents per click, which is quite decent PPC. Don´t try to compare yourself with people who make 10$ with 20 clicks. All depends on your content and traffic. Just try to improve both, your ppc will increase automatically.
Compare yours with mine. 200+ clicks, 8$. Most of my traffic is from U.S. and U.K. The reason is content......

I think it is very normal. Yesterday I made $10 for 110 clicks. It really depends on the source of the traffic.
