hi there guys, i wont give all the dtails of my site away but my one website which is over a year old makes me around $60 to $100 a week on pretty much autopilot. i cant remmeber the last time i touched this site.

some times the site will make $60 a day but this can also go to $0 a day.

how much roughly would you say this site is worth? and all the money made is all profit as the traffic to this site is free.

    thanks.

Generally sites sell for 3-4 months revenue, however its upto the seller as for how much $ he wants to sell it for.

I was under the impression that industry standard for websites making money was around 10 months revenue, but I could be wrong.

I have paid 12 months in the past, based on the seller providing proof of effort vs earnings, but usually if its a text ads ppc type site thats earning that much it can be more.

    Are you looking sell soon.

i've had experience buying sites for 2 months revenue, in fact my last purchase was paid off after only 4 days!
but i've also paid 10x revs for some sites that after 3 months died down to nearly nothing, thus probably paid more for it than i can get back in 2-3 years.
with that said though - seriously considered sites go pretty quick if they're offered at x10 revenues
at x6-x8 revs you should get a sale in a matter of a day or 2 - especially for a site thats been around for 1+ years and proved constant income.

    Hope this helps.

try here too - you sparked some interest in this post alone..

if you do a nice writeup - flippa is good - but be careful like anything else - your site should do good and it may be worth it for you to spend a few $ on a phone call with a potential buyer.

    Good luck!

I would be interested in knowing more about the site, I am looking for wordpress based blogs with existing traffic/adsense revenue, if you PM me some details I will get back to you.

Considering the information you have given. Average Income x 12=value of site. In short one year income is the value of the site.
