Selling 60,000 + article site, very old domain (never dropped) - best offer

This site has literally been sitting around on one of my servers for years. We got busy and basically ignored it. We set the article submission to go live to the site automatically (there's a setting in the admin that lets them go live right away or wait until we look at them)

Anyway, the income from this thing is minimal ... MAYBE $10 a month on a good month (that being from textlink ads, not adsense)

Domain has been active since 2003, never dropped, registered at Namecheap.

Site is built in PHP over a Postgresql database. Each member has their own member area where they can submit articles, create drafts etc etc. There is also an admin area that allows you to view, edit, delete authors and articles. You can also approve, edit and delete reviews within the admin area.

I have no time, nor any desire to deal with the site any longer and it's really a shame it just sits there. I know if someone with some marketing skills (and time) took it over it could probably be a good money maker).

Because of our complete lack of interest traffic is minimal, between 25-50 people a day.

No number in mind price wise, best offer gets it
