    You really Believe that this domain got 8 PR because of his content ? :)

    And how you got to the conclusion that if you will change the content the PR will be Change ?

    I am not sure That Google admit it but , Is all about the backlinks not the Content , you can have a 1 page blog with very strong link , and it will be enough for high PR and good position
