Selling 6 years old budgeting blog with TLA income

    This is a 6-year old budgeting blog with a good domain I paid for $250.

    Revenue: $26/month from TLA (in-post links), the revenue has been consistent for a few years.

    Some articles are unique and some are PLR articles from my subscriptions.

    Consider no traffic and AdSense income, I haven't updated this site for a long time.

    Reason for selling: I'm selling most of my small sites to clean up the server, they will not get my attention again anyway.

    Looking for a quick sale, less than one-year revenue.

    If you are going to show proof I'm willing to make a smal sized big. Since the site hasn't got traffic it has little value.

    The traffic is minimal, the value of the site is the domain, age and TLA revenue.
