Selling 6 y/o Site that makes $3-$5/daily in AdSense, but have site has small problem

I am selling 6 y/o site that generates nice organic traffic and whenever I tested for few days adSense, incomes was $3-$6.

Problem is that site is huge (more than 1.000.000 pages) and google indexed and sent traffic to more than half of that number.

And 80% of organic traffic is on ADULT keywords.

Few times I tested adsense on whole site, with 1 ad on top, and earning were $3-$5.

After 6-7 days I got message from adsense team which says: some of your pages have adult keywords, fix that o remove ads, blah,blah,etc.

Of course I removed ads, since have sites that make much more earning and don't want to make problems.

After that I coded 'filter' that seeks for adult words and if adult word exits on page, site will not display add. But after week mail from adsense team again, and so on.

Simply site attract a lot of adult keywords, about 80% of visit, those $3-$5 / day are from those small experiments when ads shown only on non-adult keyword pages.

It is a bit complicated, who is interested I will give you URL and more details.

This is good opportunity if you have idea what to do.

Today I renewed domain, so it is valid for next 1 year.

Also, script that powers site is unique (I coded and improved for past 6 years)

bottom line is $1.600, I wil sell to person who offer higher amount.

You can still benefit from AdSense if your website have many adult keywords.
You sell it too cheap.
