6 y.o. dropship site earns $300+ monthly (with history) needs little input - for sale

Details:
- site is 6 years old (launched in May 2001)

- averaged $302.97 net profits monthly for 2006 / averaged $281.02 net profits monthly for 2005 (verification available)

- requires less than 30 minutes monthly of my time (could use a little more time on promotions)

- gets 240+ unique visitors daily

- 70% of traffic is from Search Engines / rest is from direct hits (bookmarks), directories and other links that have been established

- orders and customer inquiries are all handled by the drop ship supplier (I only have to forward any inquiry emails whenever they come in)

- current commission rate is 20% of gross sales, however I have freedom to change it up or down at any time. Nice feature for running weekend specials or such

- I only promote this site during the holidays and have never spent more than $200 in a single year on marketing it

- has an opt-in email list of about 150 return/repeat shoppers who've asked for upsell notifications - also only used at holidays so good but slightly dated list

- site has a myspace profile with 1700+ friends - I rarely used it, but have an "Add to MySpace Friends" link on the site itself so number of friends keeps growing

- site is php/xml/soap based and uses .tpl template files

- product information is auto-updated and provided by the supplier via XML (I also have cron jobs which create special lists of sale items for additional automatic on-site promotions)

- domain is not blacklisted, has brand awareness and is memorable as well as suggestive of the product line

This is a women's apparel (clothing/lingerie/costumes) and novelty gifts affiliate site. It's not an adult site but some of the novelty items are adult in nature (sexy slogan t-shirts, bachelor/bachelorette party favors, intimate toys and etc.), so I won't list the URL publicly here. In addition, the supplier I currently use has been top-quality for years. With over ten years on affiliate/drop-ship sites, this is the best 3rd party I've ever worked with. All orders and customer interactions are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and all commission payments have been received on-time every month.

Still, there is a long-time DP forum member that also supplies the same industry and has a larger product base and more site-level features than my current supplier, who has offered to work with me or a new owner on expanding the site's offerings and features to maximize its potential. I will provide this member's name to the buyer so they can make contact if they want.
