    Else I'll just have to let the invoice expire and go out of your server, though I would not want to do so. I've not been able to login to my own server for 3 weeks now. So I would like even more credit to be applied to my account, not just this month's.

    And it is not something I can do, but something that only the node root can do.
    So there is not justification to this. Unmanaged does not mean hands-free for its owner. Node-wide issues have to be dealt with properly.

    Even in unmanaged service, A provider has to quickly solve all the network/hardware issues a client might have.
