    What seems to be the problem? Normally it installs quite simply.

    Did you restart after instillation? If not try it and it SHOULD work..

    Not that I am related to quillhost, but it seems like hes not replying so I will get this straight for you. Its not shared hosting, shared hosting is managed by the server owner but the VPS is your own server so you are supposed to manage it, I'd suggest rebooting the server via Hypervm.
