    Reciprocal Link is a link when you are exchanging a link with a site and backlink is when you dont have to do the same.

    Site A <---- >Site B (Reciprocal )
    Site A ------> Site B(Backlink)
    In second case Site A is giving backlink to Site B
    while in First case Both are reciprocating links
