Buying [$6] Quick editing of text on a sign

    We need to edit the text on one of our signs so that it can be used to promote a different type of real estate. Its a simple job of replacing text and keeping the background exactly the same. I could do it on paint if I had the time but I'm so busy that you experts would do it quicker and save me the hassle. The image is: http://i61.tinypic.com/2rcn2x5.jpg

    What's needed:

    The new sign is going to be printed on A1 paper and put inside the window of an office we are trying to rent out so basically it will be a rental sign. The top part in orange header needs to say:
    TO LET

    In the main body of the poster the wording is:
    PROMINENT GROUND FLOOR RETAIL / OFFICE PREMISES

    MODERN INTERIOR - RECENTLY REFURBISHED

    AMPLE PARKING TO FRONT

    Then leave the bottom bit showing our logo and the bit about contact the agent. In the bottom orange section I simply want it to say: Call 028 9074 0900

    Keep all colours the same, any takers?
