I am placing my proxy network of 6 sites up for sale. I will try to provide you with only to-the-point information to save your and my time.

All domains are registered at namecheap (03/19/2007). Domains are easy to remember, universal .com domains. No digits, hyphens, junk, or cheap .info domains.

Traffic Details:

I don't have any web stats software installed on my server. I recently placed Google Analytics tracking code on sites. I got these figures from analytics:

Its all US traffic because I have restricted access to my proxy sites to US, CA and UK visitors only, using GeoIP feature of the proxy script (see below about Proxy Script). US traffic is considered to be the best (paying) traffic that is easier to monetize than traffic from any other country.

Earning stats are quite natural. CTR has been 2 to 3% this week and eCPM between $3 and $4 (telling exact figures isn't allowed by Google). There are no unusual figures like very high CTR or eCPM that may get your Adsense account flagged very soon because of strong probability of fraudulent clicks.

The expected monthly earnings are assuming no growth, however, traffic is growing. Currently, the sites are only earning through Google Adsense. You can also use YPN since all traffic is from US. I have not monetized the sites (proxied pages, to be more accurate) through any other way, so they have potential to earn more if you monetize them more (adversal, CPM ads etc).

Daily earnings have increased over the past two days ($53/day average). So, you can expect $1000+/month revenue right from the next month, but its not guaranteed. BIN price is equal to 6 months revenue (for an average of ~$20/day over the last 15 days, not $50+/day over the last 2 days).

Advertising

I have done no advertising for these proxy sites (other than telling some friends about them). However, the previous owner might have done some advertising to get them started. I bought these sites from a DigitalPoint member 15 days ago. They have not been submitted to any proxy lists or top sites either, because proxy lists and top sites can get your sites banned by web filters very soon (web filters crawl proxy lists frequently). Though, submitting to top sites can get you some traffic, not doing so increases the life time of a proxy.

Server/Bandwidth

I am running all of these sites on my dedicated server (LayeredTech). Server specs are "Intel P4 2.8Ghz/2048MB/80GB SATA". Its now costing me $100 per month. But, there are some other sites hosted on this server too, and there is still room for more. These proxy sites are consuming around 15 GB (actual, by RTG) bandwidth per day.

Proxy Script

Sites are using my self developed PHP Proxy Script (not, PHProxy). Its a very lightweight and efficient proxy script. I have also been selling the script on DigitalPoint for over a few months now ($50/domain). Some features of the script include low CPU usage, low bandwidth usage, hotlinks prevention, support for GeoIP (its because of this the sites have 99.98% US visitors) and template based system for easy modifications and integration of ads. Script is included for free with this sale (a $300 value). However, you are free to use any proxy script you want.

Migration

I will help the buyer migrating the sites/script to his server and get them running. Currently all sites are running on only one copy of the script (all sites point to the same installation of the script). Template is also one and the same for all sites (though header states site name and url different for each). Changing Adsense code will only take a minute. So, it will be quite easy to move the sites to your server.

Considering the facts that traffic is going up, revenue is growing, sites have still great potential to monetize further and all high paying US traffic, I am looking for pretty good offers. Sites are very easy to maintain and earn money without you doing anything. They have the potential to become long time earners.
