All those "tips" are how to generate traffic to your site, not how to get high pagerank

 

Only the good thing you shared here to get good PR is making official pages for your site on those social sites and make them active..

 

ppc is not free so do not go for it, until your website has something really to sell quick, otherwise you will be losing your money only!

Well, PPC is not quite Free :-D, but your right. It's a way to get traffic.

 

PPC isn't free, which is why it's called Pay per click. You also forgot one thing... write quality content
