I wish the service would be more reliable. Its a sore to see emails going in saying that my site is down n up n down again and up again... *happens for a couple of time a day*

It happens with me also.. I keep getting HyperVM alerts that the port 80 was down,

Right now my VPS is down since last few hours.. can not access site or even login using ssh..

 

i think this not there support desk

you can open support ticket if there site is up

 

if you had bothered to actually read the posts above you would notice that we all have no access to the site because that node is down which is probably the node we are all on the same as adams site is on its a right pain in the royal behind that his site is down anyone have his emails

 

Did you read above? or just posted to increase count. their site is down, can not access client area.

I think, this is what we could get for 6$.
Don't hope him to come back. If he is serious about business it would have never happened.
It was sure to happen sooner or later.

Earlier also, I informed him many time about my vps going down and asked him to give me genuine reason.. he said 'I dont know'

I'm not really worried in particular cuz I just got another host. However, this is jst bloody stupid/disappointing.

 

these no intension to increase the post count

i just told,if try to contact him via phone or his personal mail id or via IM support u may get fastor support than reply here

my main idea to help the people

 

thge hosting site is back online just thought would let people know so they could do the same as me and get their support tickets in

 

HyperVM is also back to working

 

Definately a real loss to the hosting industry, I only ever 'met' him on the LxLabs forums, he was an amazing and intelligent guy. And, all that intelligence at the mercy of a rope.

As for the server, it shut down unexpectedly, just 1 VPS node, we are currently sifting through logs to see what caused this. It may have been a power outage on our rack, but we're not 100% sure about that. The server is up and running fine now.
