Honestly, This has never been the case with me. I can show the timestamps if you want. It always took more than three hours for me. However I am satisfied with you service.
Hello, You are in India, all of our staff are in San Jose, California. So when we are online, we answer within just 1 hour, 95% of the customers experience this fast response as most are not in India or some other place where the time zone is so far apart and so different. When we're asleep, it is the morning for you, and when we are awake, you are asleep. So far, you are the only customer than complained about this, but we still guarantee you 6 hours response time no matter what timezone you are in. Thank you, ~ Adam
I already knew this reason, As I work for a US client. I just wanted to share that If you are in different time zone than We answer support tickets usually within an hour or less will not work for you. However I don't need support that much, so its okay for me some time. Thanks
Just thaught i'd add that i created a ticket a few days ago and the problem was sorted with ticket replied to then closed within 20 minutes. Niiice!
Hello, Rapidleech = yes if the files are 100% LEGAL Torrentflux = no We just ask for a fair usage.. Thank you, ~ Adam
The server you guys are on is running a through and complete FSCK check so it is down for a bit. Although orders can still be placed and it will be created on our brand new VPS node we just bought!
>>The server you guys are on is running a through and complete FSCK check so it is down for a bit. It's still down. Are you people really working on this? Please inform us in advance before any routine maintenance.
where are you? i send you ticket but you're not reply it, vps still down, i can lose my traffic from it!
Dear people, The server you few people are on is SWITCHED ON and back online. BTW it does take a long time to run a complete FSCK check on a 2 terabyte hard drive server. Dear j4uweb, It was an unexpected power outage over at Seattle which caused the server to suddenly shut down improperly so that is why it needed an FSCK check. fsck check do take a damn long time on 2 TB servers and that really ticked me off. But.... it is back up now. I highly doubt this will happen again. Cheers.
