Their support is getting really slow, my VPS will not start, I get an HyperVM error. I have a support ticket in for 8 hours and still no reply. This is a major error I though it would be one of their priorities to keep their customers happy let alone keep to VPS' up and running.
Goilio, your issue was that you messed with your quota system so vzquota won't work on your VPS now, we are working on fixing it. Our support is not slow, right when you submitted the ticket we started working on it, just did not update you on it yet. Just because we didn't update you yet, doesn't mean we did not start investigating on the issue. It is around 1 AM now when I usually sleep... but I'm still up, working with my tech to solve your issue. I did not mess with my quota system because I do not have access to it. Sorry about the misunderstanding I am used to support people saying "We are working on fixing the issue now" or something to that effect.

because your internet is pointing to our old servers where hostlatch was hosted, we moved where hostlatch site was hosted to make it faster, but I guess the dns didn't resolve on your end?
