Buying $6 for someone who can make me new WP page template from current theme - really easy

    Hey guys,

    I just need a new page template for my theme - I pretty much have the template I want in a php file but there is html in it so when I add it t to wordpress it doesn't allow me to edit it from the admin panel.

    Basically what I need is somebody to simply put those php tags in because I suck at that. (Basically the instructions that tell the template to fetch header, particular widgets and to accept content from the "add new page" area of wp)

    Let me know if somebody can do this please.
