I still consider myself a noob, but I am starting to get an idea of the way things work. The biggest thing that I have finally learned is that there are no easy ways to do something, time spent taking shortcuts is time wasted. So now I have a site targetting local people in my area looking for a service I provide. I am looking to build links into the site. On these forums I have seen people offering 50 manual blog comments on relevant blogs for something like 6 bucks. It seems to good to be true, and experiences would suggest it perhaps is. I understanding blog commenting increases links so what is the drawback? It seems to cheap for something that would almost certainly increase rankings?
u mean u really plan to sell comment post? in your blog or? as long as this comment blog can reuturn to backlink i think its ok
I think you are expressing your feeling on the $6 blog commenting service is too good to be true, correct me if i am wrong. In DP forum, I would say yes, you can get good service at low price. But do read the comments from DP members review first if you find the offer suspicious (or too good to be true). And the second part of the question, yes, if the comment is on a dofollow blog, you will gather backlink from there. The only drawback is if your comments are too spammy, your IP might be recorded as spam site and eventually get banned. Hope this helps.
Many dofollow blog comment service providers come from developing economies where $150-$200 in a month is average monthly salary. I wouldn't be surprised if someone can genuinely offer these rates. At the same time, my experience has not been great because quality of blog comments is really bad in many cases. I stick to commenting on blogs myself and use my name. Though I evaluate these services once in a while
I personally do all of my own backlinking but am considering outsourcing some work. I always say you get what you pay for and if it's too good to be true it probably is. However people in some countries do work for low wages but most of the time the end product isn't the best. If you do find someone who does quality work at a low (but fair wage for their standards) you HOLD ON TO THEM. One suggestion for people outsourcing backlinks is to test the service with them linking to a supporting site. IE- A EZA article or Squidoo page. That way if they screw you they don't kill your main site and only kill a supporting page. Best of luck!
blog commenting increases pr.. You can either go for manual commenting or auto commenting.. I believe auto commenting is much better.. I am selling an auto wordpress comment maker.. you can check my signature for that
I have hired about 5-6 people for do follow blog commenting services on DP since last year. It was either not done or the comments were complete gibberish on unrelated blogs. Which, as you can imagine, makes me look like an utter jackass to a few clients. While I am sure someone can do a good job, they seem few and far between. I try to crowd source some stuff because I stay quite busy but do follow gigs are simply not worth it. It is not so much peoples economic situation( I pay them more than they ask if they do it right anyway). Its the fact they don't speak good English and apparently can't read it very well either. hope that helps, Nigel
