    I think I could see Circuit City coming. I always see Circuit City Stores being closed down around my area.

    Circuit City is still trading on the stock market, if the had filed for Bankruptcy I don't think they would be still trading?

    Bankrupt companies still have their stock bought and sold on the market. There's still a chance the company could find a buyer and the stock would still be worth something.
