So, I've used AdSense for some time. It took me about a year to make my first $100.00 (which, in that time, covers about 20% of my AdWords bill.) Recently, it seems that the click value has gone WAY down. I recall getting the occassional click for $1+. Now, they're just pennies. What can I do to tweak this to get a higher rate per click? Hi its more then I get I can tell you that, But from loking at your ads they dont seem to bled in with the surroundings. You should get paid better and get more clicks if you blend the colours so the ads fit in with the rest.
It really depends on the niche... That's excellent for some sites, and horrible for others. Personally, I only get around $.01-.02 per click.
The niche is important, they are niches who pays pretty well. One day I got just 2 clicks and I earned $ 2 dollars, other days I got 10 clicks I earned the same two dollars. The niche of this website is artificial intelligence and neural networks, but it also depends the smartpricing factor, smartprice is the value of your website if your website is providing quality traffic to your ads and potential clients to adsense advertisers thus adsense will give high price to your ads, otherwise if you are cheating and providing crappy traffic to your advertisers adsense will low the prices of your ads.
