I would really like some help with my site. I would like to get some opinions..(ON WHY IT'S NOT SELLING)..but I don't know how to without the posting getting deleted and me getting in trouble for showing my url... or whatever it is that keeps getting me in trouble... When I do get a posting up (for a minute)....I can't talk to anyone about anything cause then it gets dropped cause "I'm spamming" ???????????????
Really I'm looking for ideas on what I'm doing wrong and how I can improve it....No matter what I do or how cheap it gets no one will use it... And my "affiliate" base stinks... I'm not getting any good publishers at all...
If the site is your DP name, I saw two things right away. First, your site has little to no traffic. Hard to make a sale if you are not getting visitors. Second, you have some formatting issues that might be enough to scare off potential customers. Using Firefox 3.5 the footer has text that uses 100% of the screen, and if you test buying a domain, there is text right in the header that uses 100% of the screen. Looks tacky, and I am betting you conversions would not be the normal 1 or 2 out of 100, but more like 1 in 1,000. Is your site even getting 500 visitors a month?
Pricing is not a factor. If you think you just have to lower prices to increase sales. its wrong. There are many things which i see your website lacks. If you are using any domain reseller interfaces like logicboxes, you should integrate with your website nicely. When i reached your manin page of the website, it looked awkward, moreover if you need sales you will have to increase the traffic to your website in anyway. No traffic no sales no matter if you sell the stuff for free..
Thank you... I've had no feedback... I know it needs traffic...but not if it's a lame site.. It's a reseller site...I'm not a designer by any means...but if I can get it off the ground I can get it designed better and move forward.. It's not real bad... we have 10k back links and #4 for "create online websites" WE have an affiliate program that we're trying to get to work for us but the publishers we get..... well.... I know that price does and doesn’t sell.... I know Everything I’ve done and anything that’s brought me here I’ve read or tried to read… forums, blogs SEO how to, stuff like that.. Titles good, descriptions good, keywords, load time….. We see 75-100 whole visitors a day With $0 PPC. But….paid banners on a few sites… Bounce rate is 78% average time 2:30 or so… Anywho……. If only I knew of a place to go, to find the people I need, to put this all together for me..... hm... Is there such a place I know that my reseller account offers all sortsa goodies... API... I don't know how to use it or what to do with it...... It's ok though...I'm learning as I go...and I can read... I can't afford to PPC it any more the way it is... and I can't get traffic without SEO...so... Make it look good and have it grab you.... PPC or make it SEO and info packed engines index it.... I'd like to see it with 3 banners leading to the 3 key elements of the site: hosting, domain and web site builder...I don't know....and that’s why I'm here to talk to you guys... THANKS ALL!!!!!!
For me focus is the key. Pick 1 thing and work on and test it and if it does not work I tweak it a little and test again. To many Irons in the fire you just might be missing something that could work well for you.
