Since I bought 2 VPS from you +2 to my iTrader ^^ hehe joking...
Anyway.. I really hope that you can recover around 1-2 hour more..

Actually the email is look like fake.. Why would a hosting company just shut down the server without having at least 1 week warning about it.

What are you guyz think about this?

 

he already said they were hacked...what is there to discuss?

You may want to look into this as I have not received any email from you saying otherwise and if I had not come on this forum, I would think things were done and I was getting a refund.

Keeping the client in the loop is key during these kind of situations.

As you all can see your1hoster was compromised, they are doing everything they can to come back up, don't work THEY ARE NOT CLOSED and they DID NOT run with your money. They are bringing back most VPS with backups and most of it is ok, so please wait.

ONCE AGAIN YOUR1HOSTER IS NOT CLOSING IT WAS A HACKER

thank you for the updates even though none of them have come from the actual host recently.

I still have faith.

 

I couldn't even get to their client area...so where are you able to chat live with them?

My first impression when i received the email i was shocked. but inside i some how firured it our it was not Jacob who can write this kid thing. then i knew that it was the hacker. coz only hacker need to phish email. guys please change ur email passwords asap. and make it secure. coz noe the hacked found our email id's they will now try to hack/phish it.

i will suggest not to panic wait until Jacob finish his work with Single hop techs. For any questions chat with him on that live chat.

If Jacob is reading this : Just a suggestion to Jacob, Dude open a support forum so we can contact u there about the issue status and prob.

 

For all those who are currently having problems with Your1Hoster.
Basically, their servers had been hacked, and I have been asked to post this message on DP.

 

I just asked him by livechat,He said the vps will be back in a short time.

 

hmm, i noticed that your1hoster was banned all of a sudden,, which sadly makes me more weary of this all. but i could be wrong, and i hope i am

 

I purchased a dedicated server from Jacob, and in all honesty we kept it for a week, then got a partial refund, he was a nightmare to work with, told us all the wrong details, wouldn't help sort out anything, our server was 5 days late! I would personally be very very wary of him! If you're from the UK use 1and1, I have got one of their VPS's and it is amazingly quick, and support is exceptional!
