    Mine has been set up. Though I'm new to VPS but the HyperVM control panel is intuitive enough and so now I'm learning how to make use of it.

    Anyway, great service. Support ticket is great and are attended just within 6 hours. I have yet to try the online chat support but overall a great vps provider for a vps first timer like me.

    I guess it has something to do with different timezone because I usually receive the ticket responses in the morning.

    Well, I think this is an un-managed VPS and so for the price.

    A managed VPS might be priced a bit higher.
