Unfortunately there are a lot of fraudulent people out there that cost us thousands a month and the only way to fight back is having strict fraud checking techniques. (However with OpenVZ virtualization technology, there really isn't a such thing as "dedicated" and companies who say it's dedicated are lying to you. You can really only get dedicated ram from our Xen VPS's off our website.)

$2/mo for and extra IP. For these special orders, sure we will give a refund only if we have issues where your server isn't accessible. However we wont give refunds just because you want it, there needs to be some kind of issue with the VPS.
