I will lay this out as best I can for your ease of understanding, and will explain as much as possible regarding the company, please feel free to ask questions if there are any points I have missed or not covered enough for your understanding.

You may feel that the BIN price is too high, if so, then looks like I am going to have to keep the website, but am open to offers.

My name is James and I am the owner of 5wire.co.uk, a web hosting company established in the United Kingdom, November 2008.

5wire.co.uk specialises in Web Hosting, selling Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting and Domains at affordable prices to the UK and EU market.

5wire.co.uk is a VAT registered company in the United Kingdom.

Myself

In the last 3 months I have been unable to dedicate as much time as I use to be able to which has led to a heavy decline in sales, this is due to family issues at home, effectively reducing some value to the company which inevitably will affect the sale of the company.

Being in full time education, and working 18 hours a week alongside, I started a web hosting company as a hobbie rather than a business, a way to justify having a server and making a little bit of money back so some of the costs were covered.

5wire.co.uk Domain

5wire.co.uk + 5wirenetworks.co.uk are registered and owned by myself.

5wire.co.uk is registered with eNom/MXHoster, the domain is valid until 24-Oct-2010 ..... I can get this domain transfered to YOUR eNom account, however may some delay in doing so.

Unfortunatly there was an issue with statistics discovered in November which was resolved but hasn't updated on the 5wire website, so as said this may inevitably knock some value.

Monthly costs at an over estimate are £62.00 inc VAT, this covers;

• Dedicated Server, 3000GB Bandwidth
• Direct Admin
• Client Exec

New Website

In the past two months I was developing a new website and to re-brand he company, the website is 50 - 75% complete, still needs a few pages finishing.

The plan was to shift all the current customers to a cPanel on a new server offering Unlimited Packages.

I have attached some screenshots of the new website, this is available to the successful buyer of the website.

As said the website is not finally complete, Services, Support and News page needs completing as well as all the links in the footer need applying.

All URL's and images are controlled by 1 config.php file to save updating every single page, as I know its a pain in the rear. The content system allows you to edit the PHP file in the includes corresponding to the name of the page in the URL.

Conclusion

I am open to SENSIBLE / REASONABLE offers, if the price doesn't meet what I want then I'll have to magic up some time and additional financial investment and progress further with this venture!

Sorry i may have misread what you posted but it appears to me that you are selling a site/company that in the last year made a loss, yet you value it at $1800.??

 

I did say an over ambitious BIN price, hence the offers. Cash in hand jobs which inc tax have not been accounted for there.

However, no made a bit of profit, costs at the start of the year were £40/month up until end of April, then went to £48 for the rest of the year, so effectively £544 (cost does not include reclaimed VAT @15%), £576 sales.

The £60 stated includes ClientExec, the billing system used. This was funded for by a friend as we were using it for testing purposes too.
