    Hi,

    I'm selling mygolfarticles.info web site that I've created.

    It has 12 unique articles that I've written, total 5965 words. You can check by copyscape.com for uniqueness.

    It is adsense-ready, built by using wordpress, so easy to promote and grow. Just change the publisher ID's in the template to your ID's, keep adding new articles every now and then, and it will be generating traffic by pinging blog update sites, and Google for sitemap changes.

    However, it is very new so assume no traffic and earnings right now.

    I'll give every file I've used to build this site, as is now, and the database backup in a zipped file. I will also host this site for you for 1-2 months free, till you switch hosts, and send you the login info. I can also continue hosting the site for you, if you like to. Of course, the control of the domain will also be transferred to you.

    So, here are the auction specifics:

    Auction will last exactly 48 hours, beginning the moment this post is made. payment must be completed in the 24 hour following the end of auction. No exceptions with timing.

    Starting Bid: $15
    Increments:$5
    BIN Price: 150

    Post with the subject SOLD if you choose to BIN.

    I reserve the right not to sell, if the price stays too low, or not enough responses.

    I've not mentioned that you get full rights to the content to do whatever you want, it is exclusive, I'll not use or sell it to anyone else. I guess that's my standard understanding while selling a web site, and that goes without telling.

    Also now lowering the BIN to $100, for a little "last 24 hours" incentive.

    Just one more update:

    Due to an unexpected change my schedule for the weekend, tomorrow I'll be away from my computer all day till late evening, including the announced ending time of the auction. Also I remember at another thread a request to end a 24hr auction at a time good for both US European users, which I agree.

    Therefore the new ending time of the auction will be 20:00 GMT, 25th of August.
